At Forever Cast, every product is handcrafted with care and many of our items are personalized specifically for each customer. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Since our products are custom-made and personalized according to your requirements (such as names, photos, dates, colors, or custom designs), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Non-Personalized Products
For non-customized products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- It is returned with the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A free replacement.
- A full refund.
- Store credit (where applicable).
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Personalized products cannot be exchanged due to changes of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Personalization Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photos, spellings, dates, and other customization details. Forever Cast is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during ordering.
